Do as I say, not as I do.
Ever notice that some leaders will preach some very stringent values and morals? Those leaders will condemn the world. Everyone they see step a toe out of line will get a tongue lashing.
Then, we find out that that very same leader had their own seedy story. Something from their underbelly they were covering up.
When they are exposed all credibility is lost.
What would it be like to lead from a place of humility?
To be upfront that no one is perfect.
Would less be lost in the case of a mistake?
I wonder.
