Where are you right now? Are you inside a building? Have you given any thought to the amount of work that had to go in to making that building happen?
Sometimes it seems like those who do physical labor are looked down upon - but if God is the builder of all things, perhaps they have the closest link to our heavenly creator by doing the work it takes to give us shelter.
Creator God, guide our hands and hearts as we create our lives’ path. Help us be ever grateful of those who toil to make our shelter. Amen.
