Today, I’ll state something short and sweet for this daily devotion from the Narrative Lectionary . . .
Thanksgiving isn’t just a holiday in the US and Canada!
Giving thanks is living a new way. It means living from a place of thanks and learning to grow in grace.
Giving thanks also means that we have the ability—always—to see a more positive turn of events, even when everything seems to look quite grim.
Giving thanks isn’t just a simple “Thank you” (but it can be a part of what it is, too). Giving thanks is living within that thanks and making a difference in the world.
