It was because of the faith of those dropping in the paralytic through the ceiling that Jesus was impressed.
I find this simply fascinating. It’s typical, really. Any time I read scripture, there always seems to be some new point in the story I had missed. And this is no exception.
Did you ever believe that God’s favor could be given unto you, because of others’ faith? It makes you think.
God, you surprise me daily in the wonders you show, that the faith of those who care for me might be the reason for your favor and love. Amen.
