There is power in sharing our stories, in witnessing to what God has done for us. My own story contains the pains and trials of being human—challenging relationships, special needs children, and addiction, to name a few. Yet through inviting God into my life and turning all the things I can’t control over to God, I live a life transformed. I have discovered that, though many of my difficulties continue, I can experience joy and be inspired by the Holy Spirit to love God and neighbor in all that I do.

I have heard the powerful stories of many others, stories very different from my own, yet somehow the same—stories of lives transformed by God’s love and grace. In the beloved community of God’s church, we can all proclaim, “Come and hear, and I will tell you what he has done for me!”

How can I share what God has done for me today?
