God listens.
God hears.
God will not despise the prayers of the destitute.
Am I destitute? No. Not really.
But, yes, I am in a way. Spiritually destitute.
How often it is.
I forget.
Who I am.
And whose I am.
Lord, you do not despise my rambling prayers. You listen, you hear, and you offer me solace. Thank you, God.
