When we were beginning our faith journey, we hesitantly made the next step with much guidance. As we grew in years and experience, we began to make those steps ourselves.
Now, for many of us in mid- or late-life, we realize the most important aspect of our faith journey is to remain connected. We need to know that God is there for us, yes. But more importantly, we need to not drift or fall aways from the truth of the Word.
Keep me steadfastly connected with you, O God. Amen
