This play is a modern day version of the parable of the Prodigal Son found in Luke 15:11-32. I have updated the circumstances and separated the characters so they are not all from the same family as they are in story Jesus shared. I hope the similarities in the characters and struggles they face leave you feeling this story is as relevant today as it was when Jesus first told it.
