Accomplish Abundantly

Nicholas Vujicic was born without arms and legs. He was so tormented by his condition, by the age of 10 he tried to commit suicide. But he grew up in a family of faith, and he relied on God's claim on his life to see him through those difficult years. Now, he is an inspirational speaker, introducing many people to Christ through his inspirational story. He is president of the international non-profit, Life Without Limbs. He said, “If God can use a man without arms and legs to be His hands and feet, then He will certainly use any willing heart!”

I tell his story, not to shame you for having all your limbs (if you do). It's inspirational because he opened his heart to God's calling, and he has "accomplish[ed] abundantly far more than all we can ask or imagine." His struggle does not diminish your struggles. His faith can inspire our faith. We can begin to move toward God's impossible calling for our lives when we realize that nothing is impossible for God. What's your impossible calling?
